I have two 2023 43" Frame TVs, one in my home purchased June 2023 and one in my RV purchased a few months later. I redeemed the 90 day free promo and subscribed yearly in June 2023. Has been working fine on both TVs until this morning. Now telling me that I must subscribe to use the art store. But when I check the Payment Info > Subscriptions in the Art Store it shows I am subscribed with the next renewal in Sept 2024. Have tried rebooting the TV, signing out and back into my Samsung account, and even tried processing a new subscription which does not complete, it says I am already subscribed. Anyone else have this issue and found a solution?

I also have this issue and have tried everything — rebooting, resetting, new credit card, etc. Massively frustrating. Fix this, Samsung!

My error was fixed automatically after sending an email to
frame.cs@samsung.com

Really? Just sent them an email. Bought my frame yesterday, much because of the art… signed up for subscription, paid, was happy for ten seconds until tv said that payment wasn’t ready while web browser said ”error subscription still valid 410447”.
my Samsung account t says I have a subscription, tv doesn’t.

Hello
I bought a Samsung Frame 55 Inch tv which arrived yesterday. I tried to setup a subscription to Art Mode but there was an issue. Now when I go in to Art mode I have none of the functionality but can see 'Renew Subscription' when I click on this I get 3 options 'members only perks' '4.99 a month' or '49.90 per year'
If I click on these I get a url

and a code, when I go there it says
'Error
You are using a subscription on the current app.
ok'
If I go 'My Art Store' ->'Payment Info' under subscriptions it says 'Freee Trial 62 days +Subscription then Visa end numbers and next payment 4.99 28/05/2025'
When I look at my online banking there are 2 charges from
POS SAMSUNGAPPS, SCHWALBACH for .15 c.
So I am signed up to pay a recurring fee but not getting access to the Art store functionality. Does anyone know a working fix for this ?
