I just purchased the 2020 32" Frame TV and "No Gap" mounting plates were in the box. You should have had them as well.
I installed it and it is a very close approximation to No Gap.
Samsung seems to be fixated on brick or masonary mount, NO mention of standard wood frame construction. So the spacing does not allow for Standard 16" stud spacing. IT SHOULD!!! I like to mount using studs but I was only able to use one of the four screws in a solid stud. The other three screws used drywall mount attachments. Mind the cord! The cord mounting race behind the TV is poorly designed and the cord, it is minimal in depth the cord likes to jump out during installation.
You will find the wall mount on a drywall surface is difficult at best to install, no dimensions (Does "Measure Once, Curse Twice" ring a bell?) - sort of a roll your own installation using pictures instead of words. and numbers. Clever, but study it carefully.
Good luck! When you are finished it will look good!
