UE50TU7020 smart TV will not display DVD or Sky HD+

Help, 

We’ve just bought the TU7020 TV,  set it up, plugged our Sky box in hdmi 1 and the  Panasonic Blu-ray DVD player in hdmi 2. Stuck on a blue screen for sky and black for DVD player, nothing is playing! We spent 4 hours on the phone to curry’s Samsung support team, 2 hours to sky and no one had any answers. We then took the tv back to Curry’s to exchange it for the same TV as everyone said it must be a fault however same thing on the new one! Please can someone help!

(We’ve went through tall the troubleshooting, turning everything off, changing cables, ect)

 I saw this on the Sky help page, but this wouldn’t explain why the DVD player isn’t working!

Dunno how a Sammy telly works, but on my LG telly, I have to manually select my bluray player on the remote, because the TV is already receiving a signal on hdmi1.

i think u can rule out faulty hdmi leads, , have u tried sky only with dvd not connected? , and vice versa
