Hi, I also have a S95B which runs 1662.4 updated via Internet. There must be something wrong with your tv-set or internet setup. Maybe a blockage in the firewall or at your ISP?

I have trouble with eARC dolby atmos cutting sound drops with 1-2sec native apps netflix, hbo, disney etc. TV Samsung Q80BAT and soundbar Q60B+rear SWA-9200S. Hardware factory reset and 3 different cables (2.1hdmi) didn't help. It's a software problem. When will you finally fix it...

Hi all please note that:
- 1622.4 is only applicable to T-PTMDEUC TV sets.
- 1622.5 is only applicable to T-PTMDLEUC TV sets.
for these reasons, some TVs don't detect updates automatically and, even if you try to install it via USB stick, the update isn't performed.

Same here. Samsung soundbar randomly looses sound. Mostly after I change app. If I just restart it, change app or change to tv sound and then back to soundbar again the sound comes back.
this is starting to really annoy me…

This firmware version destroyed tv. Cannot get any broadcast channels now. Scan no longer works. Customer service is ridiculous. Manually putting channel in just get erased immediately. Service guy wants to bring up channel list. There is none. It got erased by firmware and cannot be retrieved. SCAN FOR CHANNELS NO LONGER WORKS

Update 1661 has caused Dolby Atmos sound dropouts with Apps like Disney Plus, ever 1-5 mins it drops out. V annoying and wasn't an issue prior to this update.

Noticed too some big audio Sync problem with Disney+ . Like 2 sec
