Extremely dissatisfied Samsung customer

Hello Samsung

I want to start by saying that I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I bought a TQ55S90CATXXC from one of your retailers in November last year. After that I have not received around 10-15 coupons from you and I can not interpret it in any other way that you are not satisfied/unsatisfied with the product that I have bought. Because you do everything in your power to make me as dissatisfied with it as possible and to return it. Because the support I receive is really below all criticism and you seem to have staff who have no idea how your own products work or what the menus look like. What kind of company are you that does this to their customers? As you repeatedly say are loyal customers? How can anyone feel satisfied with a Samsung product or want to buy any more Samsung products with this kind of treatment? You should really be ashamed and spend more time training your staff in your products than forcing coupons on customers all the time.

Finally, I want to say again that I am very dissatisfied with how Samsung handles this and their support. You might think that such a large company like Samsung should have better support instead of one that is very poor and would rather focus on coupons than support.

Like i said i have already contact the support and all i receive is not valid support for my product and coupons code. So that is what i am complaining about here.

I suggest you post on your regional community, which I belive is the Nordic community as we they are better placed to advise you.

At this stage of the thread I have to say that you are being extremely difficult. Numerous members of this UK forum have tried to help you and you refuse to take any of the advice given. We do NOT work for Samsung, we are consumers like you. Samsung wouldn't ask you to complain on the UK forum. You need to ask for assistance from your local Nordic community not us. Whichever retailer sold you this product is responsible for repairing it or exchanging it. Now if they keep telling you to contact Samsung they are obviously trying to avoid their duty and the cost to help you. Who did you buy the TV from? You also have failed to explain exactly what the problem is with your TV? You can either try the advice given to you by us or if not then ask your local community. We are in the UK and can't do anymore for you than advise you. I hope you find a solution.

Yes and i have post in the Nordic community.  

I have not told anyone here that they work for Samsung. I don`t know why you would think that i would expect that?

I ask Samsung where i could post my complains and this is the place they told me to do it. 

Yes i have explain the problem that i have. The problem that i am having is that Samsung keep giving me all kind of different coupons and say that i need to return the TV.
