Compatibility question: Samsung The Frame (2017) to (2024)

Dear all,

I have one of the first Samsung The Frame (year 2017 - UE65LS003AUXZG) and some LED lights are no longer working. I've therefore ordered a new Samsung The Frame (year 2024 -GQ65LS03DAUXZG).

I'm having trouble removing the fiber optic cable that connects the TV to the set-up box - because it is firmly embedded in the wall - and I'd also like to reuse the TV wall mount.

Here are my questions:

a) Can I use the old cable (connecting the TV and set-up box) with the new model?
b) The size (65 inches) is the same, but can I also use the old wall mount?

Hi, Nope the cable has changed a few times since 2017 and so has the mount due to being 50% thinner. But still included in the box.
