Cannot login : Samsung Account grayed out.

Good day,

I have a samsung UA40F6400 smart TV. Recently, it became soooo slow and laggy to the extent that it would become unuseable. So, I reset the Smart Hub after which the option to login to your samsung account is grayed out. Almost all applications are gone and i cannot install any as i cannot logon.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Meejee 

After completing the Smart Hub Reset, did you make sure you ticked and accepted all the Terms & Conditions boxes?

Thanks for your feedback. I found out the problem after I had tested all possible solutions. I switched from wireless connectivity to wired connectivity and factory reset the tv and samsung account came back and i was able to login to my account.

Although tv was connecting to the net wirelessly (browsing and stuff, however, wired connection is the way to go it seems.

I am posting this as it might help someone.
