@Bea2006: What happens when you head to Menu > Network > Network Settings > Start? Are you able to see your home router in the list of available options? If so, what happens when you select it, and fill in the required fields?

@Bea2006 Are you trying to connect via wifi or a wired connection and are any error messages displayed? is your Network displayed in the options?
I notice this is a US model ,are you based in the States?
