@Bea2006: What happens when you head to Menu > Network > Network Settings > Start? Are you able to see your home router in the list of available options? If so, what happens when you select it, and fill in the required fields?

Please provide as much detail as you can about the problem you're facing, and myself and the wider community will be able to troubleshoot the issue with you.

@Bea2006  Are you trying to connect via wifi or a wired connection and are any error messages displayed?   is your Network displayed in the options?

I notice this is a US model ,are you based in the States?
