i have a samsung model UE55JU6800K  i was bought a pair of phillips (SHBB750NC) bluetooth head phones which also has a jack plug for manual use. much head scratching later i cant get them to work either way... on bluetooth or the jackplug.. any adivce would be so helpful

Hi there @padsta,

 

What steps are you taking to pair the headphones to your TV via Bluetooth? Is your TV able to find any other devices via Bluetooth? 

 

Do you have another pair of headphones that you can plug in to your TV? This will help to determine whether there is a problem with the port, or whether the headphones you are using are not supported.
