Hi @spikerules.
This is completely normal - the TV will no longer provide a notification to advise when HDR content has been detected. The picture you are viewing will still be in HDR (providing you are viewing HDR content).
If you bring up the Home Bar and go to Settings, you will be able to find more information about the content displayed.

Hi @Jerrymjj,
Can you try resetting the Smart Remote? Press and hold the “Return” & “Colour” keys simultaneously until the LED stops flashing. This will remove the previous pairing and put the remote back to Out of Box condition.

It's a little odd that the remote control isn't working. Can you look at the infra-red transmitter of the remote control through a camera and press the buttons that don't appear to be working? Let us know if you can see a red light when you press the buttons - this will indicate whether the problem lies with the remote or Blu-ray Player.

Are you logged into your Samsung account on the phone? If so, you can log-in to Find My Mobile and select 'Unlock My Device' to remove all passwords from the phone.

You should be able to find this information in Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
If your Blu-ray Player is connected to your network, you can check for updates by heading to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
Is there any damage to the remote at all? Have you tried changing the batteries?
