55ks8000 Game Mode + HDR

I recently bought the 55KS8000 and a PS4 Pro to i could play at 4K + HDR. There seems to be an issue where when 'Game' mode is activated and a HDR enabled game is being played, i have to manually adjust the picture settings to suit.

Then when i play a non HDR game i again have to manually set the picture settings back to how they were. This only happens when 'Game' mode is activated.

If i play in 'Movie' mode the TV adjust the settings automatically for HDR and non HDR content and saves any changes but obviously 'Movie' mode is not good for gaming because of the input lag.

Is there a firmware update coming to fix this issue and it's quite annoying i have to manually adjust picture settings depending on whether HDR is being fed to the TV or not in Game mode.

The feature is designed to work this way.

When 'Game' mode is activated, it is left to the user to adjust the brightness according to the viewing length, conditions and parameters of the game.

I understand that, the issue is when you're in game mode and it's in HDR it doesn't save the preferences when it switches back to SDR.
