55" ru8009 apps not shown

Hi, I have 55" Samsung ru8009. 
When I open Apps section, I can see only "editor's choice" apps (19 total) . Is there a way to see all other apps that I can install? 
Otherwise I can only find apps by just searching by their name. There is nothing like a library.

No unfortunately I couldn't. 

It looks like as in the photo.

This is really interesting that there is no solution or help for this problem. I can not be the only one with such a situation. (I hope)
