T’s&C’s (https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/uk/tvs/smart-tv/made-for-uk/Made_for_UK_Phase_3...) for the promo say “A Samsung account is required to Claim the Voucher Code. Claiming the Galaxy Store credit requires a Samsung Galaxy Mobile device and internet connection.”
If it works like the similar Galaxy Store promo that’s previously been on smartphones (e.g. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-shop/how-to-claim-30-galaxy-store-reward-for-purchase-of... ), then it may appear in the Samsung Wallet app that's associated with the same Samsung account on a Galaxy mobile device (Samsung Wallet > All > Promotions; or if the voucher code has already been generated: Samsung Wallet > All > Vouchers).
Unsure if you've already tried this though.
