Hi there. Is your TV under warranty? If so , just return it. As far as i know, there's nothing you can do to fix that ( unless you change the display).

Thanks, it was bought in July this year direct from Samsung themselves so still under warranty. Covered by Consumer Rights Act 2015 in any event. We are currently waiting to hear from their engineer as Samsung refused to replace the unit until an engineer has seen it. Posted this on here on the off-chance someone knows of a quicker way to deal with it. Extremely worried that even if it is fixed or replaced the same thing will happen again! We are extremely disappointed and concerned.

Samson99- No, it was wall-mounted by Samsung and is up out of the way. Thanks

Hi,

I found out the same problem recently, what was the solution? Because there are no more messages here...
And I have the same type of television.

We contacted Samsung, who then replaced the screen for us at no cost.
