2019 Q85R One Connect box Issues

Has anyone has issue with their one connect/invisible cables? My TV keeps cutting out and resetting. I will turn the TV on and it will take 2 mins to load up, it will black screen for 40 secs at least. It comes up with a error message and if I unplug and plug in the one connect box it will work until the TV is turned off again. It also won't reconise soundbars or consoles intermittently. 

 

I have googled it and it is clearly a known issue even if Samsung won't say it officially, I've had the TV around 11 months bought from Currys, will it be a no questions asked warranty replacement? I have multiple videos of it faulting etc

Call Team Knowhow on 0344 561 1234, just have some patience as they are very busy this time. You can always check errors in service menu, but it sounds like OCB cable fault
