I have a 4 year old QE43Q60AAU TV and about 3 weeks ago I began having issues with the Guide.
It just displays 'No Information' for any TV station listed.
I did a factory reset and now it will only populate the Guide if I leave the TV on channels 1 to 5 when I switch the set off so that when the TV is next turned on it comes with the channel selected.
If I turn it off on channel 10 and turn it back on the Guide is empty.
It is connect to an external aerial and has never been problematic before.
