Just unpackaged my Galaxy Tab Active 3. Tried to power it on to check its power level. It would not turn on. Assumed it was drained so I started charging it on its charging cable. The tablet immediately turned on. I then checked its power indicator and it showed 85% charged. Weird. I next unplugged up to see if I could get it to power on without it being connected to its charging cable. It would not power on. Really hoping this isn't a battery issue because this tablet just came out of the box. Thoughts?
If you power the device on whilst connected to the charger (as you've said you can do), and then unplug it, does it remain powered on, or does the device switch off?
Hello. Appreciate your time. Yes, when I unplug the power cable from the tablet it switches off and I cannot get it to turn back on...I can if I plug it back in.
