Tab 6 lite s pen working finger touch unresponsive

Hello I purchased two Samsung galexy tab 6 lites last week and one only allows you to use the s pen and does not recognise finger touch please can somebody advise

Hi, is there any solution to above problem ? I am facing a similar issue where screen stop recognizing finger touch but works fine with the S pen. This happens on some area of the screen. e.g. On screen I am not able to type h, y but all remaining characters.  after a while things starts working fine for sometime but again here and there it starts stuck and frustrating. I tried to reset setting and it worked fine for 10 minute but again I start facing this issue. Please help. Thanks.
