I recently bought the tablet, as shown a few weeks ago. I have downloaded some of my movies & music to the internal storage. My problem is I can't get the files to play. Is there something I should be doing? Do I need to get an App to do this? I have downloaded a couple of them & although they see the files they don't work. 

Can anyone help with this? The manual does not help at all!!

@DELBOY1: Are you able to confirm the format of the video files? It is likely that the format is not supported by any of pre-installed media players - the user manual only mentions DivX and AC3 as unsupported formats. With this in mind, find out the format of the files, then check the Google Play Store for a media player that supports them. Hope this helps.
