Samsung Tab S8 - Order status clueless

So ordered in the 22nd Feb 2022, delivery was for tomorrow 23rd March 2022, payment taken immediately, weeks of live chats, calls and emails all result in a clueless response from Samsung, only common response is "system issue no idea, use the online tracker" then I told them says contact Samsung.

So I have no idea if the order is accepted, is cancelled, is due tomorrow.

This has now become the usual farce with Samsung, so this time I have raised a dispute with Barclaycard to get a refund.

Truly shocking.

Get a refund and go to Argos and pick 1 up they got them in stock.

Really in stock, will check, why all the drama in supplying direct.

Sadly getting a refund from Samsung is a slow and painful process, so i will wait out for Barclaycard to sort them out.

I was lucky as I got my ultra on time from Samsung but what I don't understand is the lack of info to people who have not had theirs yet and yet there seems plenty of stock in other places where you can got and get now. Odd very odd to me

"unforeseen circumstances" my pet hate words as to me they don't mean anything. It's a shame you can't get your money back asap

Annoying as also spotted in stock to collect at John Lewis with a 3 year guarantee.
