Hi @tigerted! Can you do a Soft Reset of the tablet by pressing and holding the Volume Down as well as the Power button for 10 seconds? Also, make sure that the tablet is fully up to date: Settings > Software update > Download and install. If this doesn't help, could you share a screenshot of the screen of your tablet with this notification visible?

Freshly set up using smart switch ?? Doesn't that transfer all settings and data ?? If it does it was pointless doing that , need to reset and set up as new , not from a back up ....
