I bought a Tab S7 FE from the original samsung website on Thursday and it has arrived on Friday.
After setting it up with my email, wifi etc. I was locked out of the tablet.
This message displays on my screen. "This device has been reported as lost, stolen or undelivered by the purchaser which has resulted in the device being locked."
I contacted the support number that was displayed and was told that'd they will fry to fix it and that I should expect a reply within 24 hours.
It's been longer than that and now I'm unsure how to proceed.
Should I wait longer? Phone them again just to be told to wait longer?
I've never had something like this happen so I don't know what to do.
If anyone has been through something similar then I would appreciate any advice.
