Galaxy Tab S7 Keyboard mapping incorrect

Has anyone else noted an issue on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Book Cover Keyboard (EF-DT870) UK ENLGISH?

When I click on [SHIFT]+[2] I get @ instead on "
When I click on [SHIFT]+[3] I get # instead of the Britsh Pound symbol
When I click on [SHIFT]+['] I get " instead of @

I am assuming that this is related to the symbols displayed on the Samsung Keyboard app as on the soft keyboard I get:
[SHIFT]+[2] = @ instead of "
[SHIFT]+[3] = # instead of Britsh Pound symbol

Noting this I have noted that I get the correct response from [SHIFT]+[1] and [SHIFT]+[4] even though they differ between the soft keyboard and physical keyboard.

I have tried switching the keyboard language between English (UK) QWERTY, English (US) QWERTY and English (US) International with no change to the issue.

I also tried Keys Cafe in Goodlock and although I can change the keymapping for the number keys it is not reflected in the Soft Keyboard (Samsung Keyboard) or physical keyboard (EF-DT870).

Thanks for the effort Will but this keyboard does not have a Num Lock key. It is also not just the numbers that are incorrect. To get a ? I have to press the shift & comma keys. To get a ">" I press the shift & period keys and there are many others. If I press the < key I get \.    Ridiculous

This looks like the one I have [Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Book Cover Keyboard Slim (EF-DT730)]. The only way I managed to get these keys to type correct characters was to set up physical keyboard through General Management to French (Canada) , Qwerty style.

Thanks this works! In order to stop the onscreen keyboard from suggesting French words, add English(CA) to "Languages and Types" and then enable it in the "Auto Replace" and "Suggest Text Corrections" fields. Ensure that English(CA) is selected when you hitting the "Lang" key. This is a bit of pain for Canadian customers who don't want the French keyboard. Unfortunately, they don't seem to offer anything else.

Mine was fixed with a factory reset although this may be a little extreme for some. I made sure I had everything backed up first.
