Hi,
I have a Samsung Tab S2 and it keeps restarting, it's highly frustrating, can anyone help to rectify this problem
Cheers,

The following solutions have proven to be able to fix the Samsung Galaxy Tab reboot loop:
Solution 1: Charge the device to 100% while it is powered off.
Solution 2: Erase the device's cache entirely.
Solution 3: Reset the device to factory settings.

Will

I've tried solutions 1 and 2 more than once without success. I'm reluctant to try solution 3 without an easy way of restoring all apps, settings and data afterwards.

Before binning my Galaxy S2 I gave it one last chance and fitted a new battery. I didn't eradicate the rebooting problem completely but it has vastly improved to the extent that I am now using it normally.
Removing the back to fit the new battery was difficult and I wrecked the camera in the process but that was no great loss since I rarely ever used it.

How did you ever get the tool into the groove to start removing the battery?

What tablet compared to the Tab S2?

This was not easy. First I used a hairdryer to soften any glue that might be present. Then I used a blade to go around the rim and gradually loosen the back, causing a few scratches on the way. Eventually I loosened and removed the back. Unfortunately I also severed the camera connection by accident.

Hi there I have a similar situation and whenever my battery is on 36% or less the Tab S2 always turns off and turns back on and I have to keep signing in to my device, is there a way to stop the device from turning off?

See my earlier posts and do as I did and fit a new battery. Not a complete cure but a dramatic improvement. Would be interested to know if just disconnecting the battery for a time makes any difference.

I replaced the battery. Much improved. Don't believe the new battery stays charged as long as the original, but now it does not go into the restart mode and does not need charging as often. Tried to replace the battery myself, but finally gave up and took it to a cell phone/tablet repair store. They did it fine, but they would not use the new battery I brought them. Love this tablet. Can not find a replacement tablet that is better.
