I’m experiencing an issue with my Galaxy Tab S9 when using the S-PEN in the Lightroom Mobile app. The problem is that sliders within the app often do not respond when adjusted using the S-PEN. Sometimes they respond on the second attempt, other times only after several tries—or not at all until I use my finger instead.
This issue affects all sliders in the app and occurs both in portrait and landscape mode. When using my finger, the responsiveness is mostly fine. I’ve already tried replacing the S-PEN tip, and the stylus is always fully charged.
Could this be a compatibility or software issue? Has it been reported before? I would appreciate any guidance or possible solutions.

Hi,
thank you for your response. I tried the diagnostics using the code you mentioned and everything works without any issues. I don’t experience any problems in other apps either—only in Adobe Lightroom Mobile. Yesterday, I also contacted Adobe support, and they gave me a few tips. I'm currently in the testing phase. I’ll share those tips here in the discussion, in case it might be useful to someone in the future.
They also mentioned, based on their experience, that this issue has only been reported by users of Samsung devices with an S-Pen.
If I manage to resolve the issue or if any of the suggested tips work, I’ll share it here later.

Hi, according to Adobe support, this issue is reported only being experienced by Samsung users. Unfortunately, I can't confirm or deny that. My experience is that it works without any issues on my phone. However, I have a different brand of phone and only use my fingers—not a stylus. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Galaxy Ultra available for testing.
