Hi. Anyone offer help. My Lightroom for Samsung app keeps constantly crashing and is very slow and 'clunky'. App is up to date and latest version v9.31. I run it on a Galaxy Tab S85G software up to date version UI 6.1. The device has 3.1gb of storage left out of 128gb. Every time I edit a photo after around 60 seconds a message pops up saying 'Lightroom is not responding' then two options 'close the app' or 'wait'. I have uninstalled and re installed more times than I can remember and constantly clearing the app cache with no improvement. It works fine on my phone, chromebook and Mac. This is driving me crazy as it makes my work flow hours longer. I have contacted Adobe and discussed on the help forums but nothing works so I have come to the conclusion it must be the tablet. May I know the model of your Galaxy tab? Are other applications functioning properly? It's possible that the device is running slowly due to insufficient storage. I kindly suggest transferring your files to your Mac or an SD card to free up space.

If a place to offload files is not available, try to free up space by deleting files that you do not need

Hi, thanks for the reply. My Tablet is a Galaxy Tab S8 5G. I understand your point regarding storage but I've never had the issue before when almost all the storage is used with other Samshng Tablets I've had?

Hi. Thanks for your reply, I have considered doing this but never had an issue before when various Samsung tablets I've owned have been running close to the limit on storage, bit if J have to then so be it😊👍
