I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue where your Galaxy Tab S6 Lite becomes unresponsive while browsing and then displays the Samsung logo.
To help resolve this, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
If the device is stuck on the Samsung logo:
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds, until the device restarts.
This helps determine if a third-party app is causing the issue:
Turn off the device.
Turn it back on, and when you see the Samsung logo, press and hold the Volume Down button until the home screen appears.
"Safe mode" should appear in the bottom corner.
Use the device in this mode to check if it still freezes. If it doesn't, a third-party app is likely the cause.
This can fix minor software glitches without deleting personal data:
Power off the device.
Press and hold Volume Up + Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
Use volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition, and press Power to select it.
After it completes, select Reboot system now.
If possible, check if your device is running the latest software version:
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
