I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (SM-T500). The tablet is new, newly configured and my WIFI doesn't work, it doesn't connect to any WIFI.
I see the WIFI networks, but when I click on a network to connect, it simply does not connect and the message appears: Could not connect to the network.
I tried other WIFI networks but it doesn't work at all.
I tried network reset and hard reset also.
I also went to a local service and they did a Resoft but the problem is still there.
Maybe anyone of you had this problem and has any kind of solution for me?
Do I need to change the WIFI antenna module or motherboard.....??
Thanks, guys.

Hi @_iuri. If the issue persists after a Factory Reset, it may be best to look into your options with the retailer.

I talked today with Samsung service to send them the tablet for a check and repair. But I wanted to know if maybe there are others that got the same problem as mine.
