I'm using a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with Android 14, to connect to a windows 11 share to transfer files. I tried to use My Files app and I always receive the message "Connect Failed"  (the same happens in my galaxy S20 FE) . I can connect perfectly   Using the same IP and credentials using the X-Plore file manager app.

Is this a bug in My Files ?

Make sure the login details are the same as in your S20 FE and ensure your Windows 11 device is connected to the same network as your Tab S6 Lite.

Thanks Joeeye but I double checked and everything is the same.

Had the same issue, I switched my samba share to SMB2 without encryption, and it connected no problem. I also tried SMB3 with or without encryption -  both failed, servers logs state "reject session with dialect[0x0210] as encryption is required".
TL;DR Samsung's "Network Storage Manager" app has a bug, or they haven't finished implementing the SMB protocol properly. Please report this through Samsung Members, so it gets looked into and fixed.
