Fast Charging For Tab S6 Lite

I see a fast charging option in the settings for the tablet but the charger isn't a fast charging one.....was there any reason they included it?

If we used a Samsung fast charger like one that came with a phone, which has a different output volt, would that affect the battery of the tablet in a negative way?

Hi @Nur3, the Tab S6 Lite has Fast-charging, are you using the official 15W charger that came with it?

Yes, I'm using the white charger that came with it but it says 7.8W

Thanks, @Nur3. The tablet comes with the 7.8W charger, but it can support up to 15W which you will need to purchase separately.

Can I use the charger that comes with an S9+? Or will that negatively affect the tablet? Because its a fast charger but I'm not sure if its going to (in the long term) ruin/negatively affect the tablet. Thanks.

It wouldn't because the battery of the tablet is compatible with this watt charger.
