Galaxy Tablet A8 fast charging issue

My Galaxy Tablet A8 (SMX-2000) says it's fast charging but the time remaining to full charge doesn't act like it's fast charging. For example I plugged in my tablet at 89% it said there was 1 hour  13 minutes left until it's fully charged. And at 95%, it said 51 minutes remaining. Anyone else have this kind of problem?

From 95% till 100% how long it took to charge? Was it 51minutes like it said on estimated time? Or it took less than that?

Have you tried different cables and charging brick? Also are you using 15W charger?
