@sstab7: Please can you clarify the steps you have attempted to add the account, and what happens when you enter your account details? In the meantime you may wish to download the dedicated Yahoo Mail app from the Google Play Store, or head to the Google Folder > Gmail > Tap your profile in the top right > Add another account, to see if you have any more luck from here.
