Device being locked in 24 hours due to trade in not complete,

I have had the following message come up on my newly purchased tablet which was not part of a trade in with myself

I've already raised a dispute with PayPal. Hopefully I can get some sort of reply.

The responses on twitter are the same old ***** they keep sending everyone, samsung are such a joke, literally want to get rid of this phone and buy something else now im so mad! Like will they ever clear this message!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry, I chased them this morning on Twitter and this is the reply I got. Note my reply at the bottom when I tried to call the different number they gave me.

Absolutely pathetic same happened to me. I have sent my trade in phone a week ago. They won’t unlock my flip 3 sent like a 300 emails so angry.

I know the feeling. It’s absolutely pathetic. I’m in the same situation.  Never buying from Samsung again. So frustrated 😡😡

I’m having the same problems. Sent me device back and my phone been locked a week. Been messaging none stop but still locked. So angry 😡
