Have you managed to get anywhere with this yet? my phone has been locked for 6 days, they have my old phone and blobked my New fold 3. Im just getting no where.

Nope. I did get confirmation from Samsung Customer Services that because they had charged me back the trade in value they had "requested" that my phone is not locked and apparently for some reason it can take 3 to 5 days to remove the lock threat. Been 3 days since the notification and still not locked. Heard nothing from the trade in team on where my old phone is. Could try Samsungs email the CEO?

I've had no success either. I've been chasing them on Facebook but they just keep saying to contact the help@tradein email and wait for their reply. They said the lock message that keeps popping up will disappear once the Trade-in is sorted. When that is, is anyone's guess. The Trade-in people just don't reply

Mines still not locked but have the message coming up. Hopefully we get some movement on this next week. Still can't believe they have done absolutely nothing to help yet!
