I have had the following message come up on my newly purchased tablet which was not part of a trade in with myself
What do I do?

Message has disappeared from my phone this morning. Still no info from Samsung.

The message is gone from my phone but I'm still £150 short. Will contact Samsung and see what they say.

So I told them my locked message was gone but I still had £150 to be refunded. The analyst didn't seem to have retained any information from my original call so I once again had to send an email with details of my issue to the new analyst who said that Samsung will communicate directly with the trade-in team and get a response in 24-48 hours after I brought up the fact I emailed the trade-in team over 4 days ago with 0 response (I also mentioned based off this thread that pretty much no one has heard from that team). Will see what happens in the next couple of days.

My phone is still locked, with no response from Samsung after contacting them via both email and twitter.
Really concerned at this point because I need my phone on a daily basis and not having it is proving really stressful.

Still no answers on Monday, literally running this like a bunch of cowboys! I'm spamming them on Facebook non stop, literally hate Samsung right now. Not buying another one of their phones again.
