I've repeatedly sent Samsung a copy of my order confirmation for my S7+ tab yet they keep emailing me saying they are missing information, I'm slowly loosing my patience

@BarbaraB1963: Sorry to hear that you're having trouble claiming your free gift. Did the Promotions Team specify what information was missing? Generally your proof of purchase should contain the retailer logo, the amount paid, reference to the Tab S7+ and the date of purchase. If your current document doesn't contain these details, I recommend reaching out to the retailer to see if they're able to arrange this for you.

I am having a similar issue where I have sent all the relevant information, company name logo the phone and date of invoice. It took 5 working days to verify to get the response of missing invoice, even though i sent it. Now I've re sent it and guess what I've go to wait a further 5 working days. Seems like delay tactics to me. This is regarding the Z flip 3 promotion for the free galaxy watch 4. 

Has anyone else had the same issue?
