Tip number one never ever download from the web you should usally find everything u need on the micrsoft shop or playstore game froze no problem maybe an glitch reopen the app it might work still froze open task manger click the game and click like stop action then reopen still froze? Restart ur device or it might be cuz ur device is old no offince want space got in the right place buddy find an app u least use and delet it dont remove ones like play store and gallery or google you might get some space delete some pics it will help screen froze and not responding do an forcerestart hold the power button and volume buttune for a few secs np
