I need to book an in-warranty repair for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ WiFi only.
The booking page is here and it asks for the IMEI number. There isn't one on WiFi models and the form doesn't accept a serial number, just IMEI.

Does anyone have any idea how to book a repair without an IMEI number?
Thanks
Simon

@SimonDD: Our Doorstep Repair service isn't available for tablets, I'm afraid. If you would like to arrange a repair for your Galaxy Tab S7+ then please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, and an advisor will be on hand to book a courier collection for you.

Hi thanks for this Steve, problem is there is only an IMEI number on tablets with a sim card. Samsung seem to have forgotten that Tablets without a sim card (WiFi only) don't have an IMEI number as they don't connect to a mobile network.

OK thanks Andrew I will do this. Perhaps the text needs changing on the book a repair page then as it says to book tablets too, see here:
If your Samsung smartphone or tablet has developed a fault (and hasn’t been damaged accidentally), have it repaired under warranty, free of charge with Samsung Repair.
