Yep, I have the same issue. Just got the sound bar too. I got on chat with Samsung before I found this post and they are clueless. Thanks to the OP for posting this so I know I'm not alone. I'm pretty happy with the sound bar sound, but I will never buy another Samsung again. What a mess.

Same here. Can't edit/control my smart tags. I'm using a S25plus running UI 7 and Android 15.

+1. Experiencing the exact same issues as the people above. Really bad timing, because I lost my SmartTag2 today, and it's not working.
I've cleared cache and data on both the find app and smart things multiple times. No luck.
Please fix this ASAP!

Don't know if this will help anyone, but while my expensive phone still freezes, my cheapo Lenovo One tablet works fine with the app. If you have access to another device, it might be worth a try.

I have the exact same issue. I've cleared the cache and restarted both the app and my phone to no avail.

To add some details :
It is very strange because with my galaxy tab and the same smarthings version...it is working.
But with my galaxy phone it is freezing like you all...and since many days. I don't understand why Samsung is not working on it to bring a fix urgently. Without Smartthings it is not possible to parameter anything and so the devices are useless.

Same here. I'm on a Z Fold 7 so latest One UI and patch level. Was able to run through the smarttag setup but hangs the moment you try and manage the device. Tried all the above, reboots, reinstalls and cache clearing without sucsess. Guessing we'll have to wait until Samsung fix. Any idea how we officaially log this with them as I'm not convinced they monitor these pages that much?

Very same problem with freezing screen when selecting a Smartag2 or Television. Have A54 with UI7.0 and the latest July 1 Security and Google Play system updates. Remarkably, a very similarly configured family A54 phone has no problems at all. I could not find any difference in the software information, and both phones run the same 1.8.34.21 version of the app. The problem is thus not linked to the app version only.
