Smartthings app frozen

Can't control soundbar or tv. When clicking into them from home screen, its like my touchscreens been disabled. Can't scroll or click anything but can swipe back and everything works on home screen. Anyone else having this issue?

On your handheld
Go to settings > apps > SmartThings > press "force stop" then > storage > clear cache. Restart phone.

Try uninstall the app and install it again should work

You did not include any troubleshooting in your post.

Nothing mentioned regarding the suggested step.

If other users are reporting this too, it could be a server issue. Go to the Samsung Members app - Support - Feedback.

Tried unistalling the app multiple times,rebooted phone. Threw it against the wall,prayed to the samsung gods.
Still the same.

App freezing when trying to control brand new 98inch tv and q990d soundbar. All worked until last week now the above freezing and also tab2 won't go by the continue screen.

Don't have a solution but I have a very similar problem. The settings page for smart tags within smart things is broken too. Yes I've tried everything, happens on a family members device too
