Hi @DaniConte Did you enter the code for the watch at the same time as you pre ordered the phone, if so it may come it a different package. However if you did not enter code offer at time of purchase would need to have submitted a claim if ordered between 17 and 25 January, have until 29 February to claim. https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/giftwatch6/en-GB once approved can take up to 45 days.
However if ordered after the time there is now a different offer (31 January to 27 February) for Buds2 Pro and SmartTag2. https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/galaxylaunchoffer/en-GB/
