Samsung order fulfillment - Not impressed!

I've ordered several devices direct from Samsung and until now orders have arrived, well boxed and with all the papers and return envelopes carefully included!

Today recieved my Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra, not a cheap purchase, and the return bag was glued to the inner box, the return label was half stuck to the box and the packing/delivery paper looked like a copy of a copy of a copy etc etc!

OK, maybe I'm being lucky but I got better packaging from amazon for a £6 hub which arrived shortly aftervthe watch!

Let's just hope the Watch delivers without disappointment!

I pre ordered aswell and just got a message that they have tecnial problems and they will ship it on week 32 and now its week 30 wtf give my money back

Same here...I keep checking up on the order and it says "Still processing" and I've gotten several emails this week saying my order is still delayed, with no explanation. I should've just gotten it from Best Buy like I started to.
