This is my case, it turns out that I requested a tab s7, it was via PayPal credit, but by mistake I paid with my card, I canceled the order and it was canceled perfectly, I have contacted Samsung with refund reasons but they say they never received the money and my monzo bank says to talk to samsung I have 12 days in this situation and I have proof of everything and I need my £ 600 pounds, the order was canceled but it does not receive my money, I do not know what to do.

If you paid through PayPal then open a dispute

Disputes with PayPal are often slow as the retailer needs to respond to the dispute (in this case Samsung) you could be waiting up to 30 days
