I going the Samsung Upgrade Program last year. I'm pretty excited about the S24 Ultra. Does anyone know when we will hear? As the phone is launching a few weeks early, will we miss the preorder bonuses?

Gutted coz I didn't see the free watch thing anywhere on the upgrade page. Only saw it while I was messing around on the members app AFTER I'd ordered 😒

contact customer service , see if they can do anything for you. I suppose cancelling the order would be a headache  if you financed through samsung flex

There's a solution, I saw a post somewhere else with a link to be able to claim after you've got the phone 😀

Really disappointed the upgrade programmes has ended as represented good value for money. Happy to see the back of Klarna though! Agree flex seems a bit of a scam and we'll all miss out on the pre-order bonus - what a way to treat your most loyal...
