Upgrade Program

I going the Samsung Upgrade Program last year. I'm pretty excited about the S24 Ultra. Does anyone know when we will hear? As the phone is launching a few weeks early, will we miss the preorder bonuses?

No, sorry. I gave up because of the insufferable hold 'music'. All I've read online makes me think Samsung Flex is a bit of a con with its 14 or 26 month contracts. With Samsung releasing new phones pretty much bang-on 12 months apart, I would imagine those on the 14 month contract would miss out on upgrading at the time of release of next year's model!

Yeah, flex looks a bit rubbish. Had another email with a random loan number in it but now it just errors.

I'm sure this happened in 2019 too - all the errors and the wrong dates etc.. I've been on it for years. I think Flex may be too rubbish for me to go through with, no matter how much I'd like the phone!

Yep, gone through, Flex is down PLUS, now a £5.99 delivery charge that was free earlier! 🤬
Think Samsuung are gonna p*** people off with this

Check you are still logged in to your samsung account. Delivery is paid for guest checkouts these days

the terms and conditions for samsung flex  state the choice of the repayment term is either 14 months ( higher monthly repayments) or 26 months at which point you can upgrade. So if samsung  sticks with the  usual release pattern of the prvious years, next years device will be released  in January 2025, and you would miss out on any  pre-order deals ( like double memory etc) because you would still have another 2 months to go  ( on a 14 month repayment plan)  before your upgrade window is open.

My main concern with this is, mine is showing 1st of Feb to pre order the phone, but that means I will lose the free galaxy watch bonus. Not to mention will us lot that can’t upgrade until the 1st of Feb lose the double storage options because that’s going to be very annoying if that’s the case
