Upgrade Program

I going the Samsung Upgrade Program last year. I'm pretty excited about the S24 Ultra. Does anyone know when we will hear? As the phone is launching a few weeks early, will we miss the preorder bonuses?

Just checked portal says not able to upgrade until Feb 2024 🫤

Mine also says can't upgrade till 1st Feb. I pre-ordered last year.

Mine says the same, even though I upgraded on release date last year. I'm actually on the phone to the team now and it seems it's just (another) website error (I'm sure this has happened before!) I'll let you know if I get confirmation, but I'm getting close to hanging up. 

However, I'm a bit aghast at the prices shared by others above...!

Oh mine is letting me upgrade but it's not overly clear how thos compares to the upgrade program either

I did too. It doesn't explain much. You log in and it says you can upgrade.

Samsung Flex appears to be down at the moment though

I went via that email, put loan number in and surname and says can't upgrade till 1st of Feb. I'm pretty sure last year I ordered as soon as it was possible to. Might just keep this phone another year TBH and start fresh next year

It offered 14 months or 26 months.
What did you get yours on, 14?
