Upgrade program pre order.

So this year Samsung are only offering an upgrade to 512mb from 256mb as a pre order bonus, but I see nothing of it within the upgrade program on the website, so my question is if I go ahead and order a 256, will I get the 512?

You need to have ordered the 512GB, the discount then applies at checkout bringing price down.

It's not very clear though as the price examples don't reflect this as discount hasn't applied at that initial point.

Unfortunately if you've ordered the 256 that's what you're getting.

You could cancel but you'll then need to reorder and likely recheck credit etc with Klarna

What information did you get out of interest?

My phone arrived this morning and is a 256GB just for awareness

After 3 emails, they will not give you the upgrade.
Going to talk with the complaints department next.
As I can't see anything in the t&c about upgrade program not aloud to have it.

It's definitely on there for upgrade program, if you Google it as if you're a new customer you can add it as part of the program.
