Anyone else miss out of the freebies between 25th -30th January?

I upgraded my fold Z4 to the S24 ultra on the 29th Jan as I was lead to believe that the watch 6, double memory and voucher offerwas on until the 31st. 
I was in store (ee) on the 24th jan (with my hubby who had an issue with his zfold 4), and told to wait until my upgrade date, I was also told that I didn't need to pre order the s24 ultra as they had them in store too. 
Unfortunately when I went back on the 29th I was informed there were no extras as the watch ect deal ended on the 25th and the buds didn't start until the 31st.
I'm disabled and had to travel extra as my local ee store has recently closed. I am unable to travel back and forth and the ee staff had already put my order through before he told me I had no offers available on that date.
Personally I find it awful that others like me, upgraded on the 4 days without any offers. 
I decided on the s24 ultra instead of the fold 5 as it had a free watch.

Hi, who told you it was until the 31st? It is a shame you missed out. Honestly, the best way is going on to the website and reading any small print.

I was told in the ee store by staff.

If like me you got it on a date between offers there's nothing to claim.

I can see your side. You are going in to a store and are trusting their advice as they should be knowledgeable. You can take this up with the store I guess, but it probably will not make a difference. I would always try to purchase/upgrade online or via phone if possible. With offers be especially careful and triple check. Takecare.

Thanks. I usually do double check and the store usually is super helpful. Unfortunately not this time.
I will be ordering online from now on anyway.

Hi @Naddy7  certainly it is frustrating you were misinformed by EE staff , unfortunately do not think much can be done about it now.  However as othes have indicated it pays to do your own research and the information had been publickly available on Samsung's site for a while

Yep exactly the same thing happened to me, bought the phone on the 30th from ee and missed out on either promo even though it was shown on the ee site that I'd receive the extras

Do you have a cooling off period to cancel the order @Naddy7  ?

And then start again so you can at least have the Samsung Buds² Pro and Samsung Tag² Free?
