Watch your order status page and Samsung will send communication when it's in despatch.

I guess that you meant Galaxy 6 Watch.

@BandOfBrothers has given the best way to check your orders. You could also phone them on 0333 000 0333, but I would not do it. Usually, there is a waiting queue around an hour and the experience is not the best.

You can normally track the claim through the promotion claim site.

But I think currently there is a site issue and I'm not able to get the email security code sent.
Probably try another day
