Upgrade program feedback - Better process this year, but no option to get 512GB for same price as 256GB?

Hi all. That time again. However I got an email saying that if you pre order you can get 512gb for the same price as 256. Great, through the regular store.

Upgrade program there is no sign of this deal. A bit disappointing.

The upgrade process this year seems better already though, went through straight away.

It's like reading my own words. I also had my order placed then thought of cancelling and re ordering but like you didn't want to mess things up and end up with no options at all.
It makes sense that either way you get the deal as it's this years bonus pre order incentive. So no matter which way you go you'll get the pre order extra. Besides I've got galaxy buds coming our of my ears (pun intended) I've got at least 4 pairs now so extra storage is preferable

Yeah totally, got buds with the s21, same buds with the s22 and more buds with my watch 5. Ended up ebaying them all haha

After a interesting email from samsung.

You won't get the bigger storage.

"Please be informed that  the double storage is not applicable to Samsung upgrade lounge"
